Met de plastic wikkel ongeopend, vouw het product in tweeën totdat de binnenbel scheurt. Schud de ongeopende verpakking gedurende 10-15 seconden of totdat de inhoud goed gemengd is. Verwijder pad uit de zak. Verwijder papierstrip om plakband te onthullen. Plaats de perineale ijszak in ondergoed met de kleefstrook naar beneden. Ervaar koelreliëf. Koelen wordt aanbevolen in intervallen van 20 minuten 4-6 keer per dag of indien nodig.
