Shake well. Apply a light mist directly to the affected area. Do not wipe. Apply 1-2 times daily. Use as often as needed. (Safe for eyes, mouth & feminine areas.) To maintain pH balance and general vaginal freshness use before/after intimacy, after periods & tampon use, during menopause, pregnancy & antibiotic use. Note: Adding water will activate the probiotic giving it a life span of about 1 week. The probiotic formula used "as is" has an expiration date of 2 years+
