Directions
For acute pain, use cold therapy as soon as possible after an injury for 48 to 72 hours to reduce swelling and pain. Apply heat therapy prior to an activity to loosen up muscles and after an activity to alleviate muscle discomfort or stiffness. Use hot therapy for no more than 20 minutes at a time, with 20 minutes in between each application. Use cold therapy for no more than 20 minutes at a time, with 20 minutes in between each application. Hot therapy can be applied in a microwave for 2-3 minutes, and cold therapy can be chilled in a freezer for 4 hours. The plush cover of the ice pack is not removable for washing. The product is made in China and designed in the US.
