Directions
Ovasitol: Stir 1 leveled scoop into any hot or cold non-carbonated beverage and drink with a meal. Take two servings per day (for example: one in the morning and one in the evening). Berberine: Take 1 capsule a day, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
