Directions
To use, dissolve the contents of one packet in 8 ounces of warm, previously boiled and cooled, or sterile water. Tilt your head sideways over the sink and pour the solution slowly into your upper nostril. Breathe through your mouth and allow the solution to drain through your lower nostril. Repeat with the other nostril. Discard any remaining solution and rinse the neti pot after each use. Store in a cool, dry place.
