Ingredients
rTG (re-esterified triglyceride) EPA concentrate from wild anchovy fish oil; capsule shell (fish gelatine, vegetable glycerol); natural lemon flavour; antioxidant: d-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E).
Directions
Adults: take 1 softgel twice daily. For additional support, the dose can be doubled. Children 12 to 16 years: 1-2 softgels daily. Children 6 to 11 years: 1 softgel daily. It is not advisable to exceed the recommended dose unless advised by a healthcare practitioner. For best results, take Pharmepa RESTORE morning and evening as a split dose and with food for optimum absorption.
