Active ingredients (in each tablet):Meclizine HCI 25 mg. Inactive ingredients: Croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, FD&C red #40 lake, lactose, magnesium stearate, raspberry flavor, silica, sodium saccharin, stearic acid, vanilla flavor.
Directions
Dosage should be taken 1 hour before travel starts. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: take 1 softgel ½hour before activity, do not take more than 2 softgels in 24 hours, do not chew.
