Directions
Chew tablets thoroughly; do not swallow whole. <BR><BR>Adults and children 12 years of age and over: up to 8 tablets daily in divided does of 2 tables per dose.<BR>Children(6 to 12 years): up to 4 tablets daily in divided does of 1 tables per dose.<BR>Children (2 to under 6 years): up to 2 tablets daily in divided does of 1 tables per dose.<BR>For children under 2 years of age: Consult a physician.<BR><BR>When using this product for relief of constipation, drink a full glass (8 fl. oz.) of water
