Vitamin A 750 mcg RAE, Vitamin C 500 mg, Vitamin D 5 mcg, Vitamin E 150 mg, Riboflavin 25 mg, Zinc 12 mg, Selenium 50 mcg, Chromium 100 mcg, Citrus Bioflavonoids Complex 125 mg, N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) 100 mg, Taurine 100 mg, Quercetin Dihydrate 50 mg, Rutin 50 mg, Lutein 10 mg, Bilberry Fruit Extract 5 mg, L Glutathione 5 mg, Zeaxanthin Isomers 2 mg.Other Ingredients: Vegetable cellulose, rice bran. Contains 2% or less of: Silica, rice extract, rice hulls, gum arabic sunflower oil.
Directions
Take two (2) capsules twice daily, preferably with morning and evening meals.
