Folic acid, also known as folate or Vitamin B9, is important for men and women of all ages for general wellbeing. - Immune system - Tiredness and fatigue - Before conception and during pregnancy Supplemental FOlic acis intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus.

One tablet per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Ultra™ Chromium may be used for as long as required. A regular intake is recommended.
