Directions
One 130mg capsule per adult per day. Give half a capsule for children under 18. Capsules can be opened and mixed with liquids to reduce dosages for infants, children or pets. Adults can take up to 1-2 tablets per day and children take 1/2-1 capsules per day for no more than 10 days
