Take two (2) tablets per day with a meal. Tablets can be taken together or at different times during the day. Smokers should not take Bladder 2.2. Research indicates that supplements with high doses of vitamin A and beta-carotene may increase the risk of lung cancer in current smokers. Bladder 2.2 is a complete daily vitamin and mineral supplement and should not be taken along with another vitamin and mineral supplements.
