The sinus rinse bottle is perfect for kids who are above twelve years of age. Otherwise, you should consult your child's physician before use.

Do not use hot or boiling water.

How To Use
Step 1: Wash your hands before start. Fill the nasal irrigation up to the fill line with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled water.
Step 2: Add a packet of nasal wash salt pour into the water. Tighten the cap & tube on the travel neti pot. Shake the nose cleaner gently to dissolve the mixture.
Step 3: Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open and do not hold breath. place cap snugly against your right nostril and press the button on the bottom until the solution starts draining from the other nostril or mouth.
Step 4: Repeat steps 3 for your left nostril.
