Ingrédients
Thiamin (vitamin B1) (as thiamine HCI), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Niacin (as niacinamide), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI), Folate (as calcium-L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) (folic acid), Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), Biotin, Pantothenic Acid (as calcium pantothenate), Choline (as bitartrate), Inositol, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid). Other ingredients: di-calcium phosphate, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, rice husk, watercress, parsley, silica and pharmaceutical glaze.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
