Directions
"Take LactoJoy 14,500 FCC* just before (!) consuming lactose-containing meals and food products. You can chew LactoJoy tablets or swallow them whole. For small children, we recommend that you crush the tablet and dissolve it in water at room temperature. Depending on the lactose content of the meal or food product and your degree of lactose intolerance, you can increase the number of tablets you take. However, should not take more than 10 tablets per day.
