Due to high heat during transport sometimes our balms can seperate a little bit in the top layer (we do not use chemical emulsifiers). This does not affect the quality. To blend it simple stir the top layer a few seconds back into the balm. Magnesium is best absorbed on face (avoiding eye area), hands, stomach, feet and legs. Warm a small amount between palms, press on to skin and gently massage in to areas of tension.
