Instrucciones
For general health maintenance: 1 capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take after dinner or before bedtime. For serious health concerns: 2 to 3 capsules daily at regular intervals (1 capsule - 2 times daily every 12 hours OR 1 capsule, 3 times daily every 8 hours).
