From the Label:
Take 1 tablet per day with a little water.
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. This is a food supplement which is not a substitute for a balanced diet.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescribed medications, seek medical advice before use. Long term daily intake of 100mg Vitamin B6 may lead to mild numbness or tingling. This is not harmful but you should discontinue use if this occurs. Not intended for use by children.
INGREDIENTS: Di-Calcium Phosphate, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate.
