Serving Amount: 2-4g per serving (which equates to roughly ~ 1-2 ounces of normal dried kava) No straining necessary! Simply pour into 3-4 ounces of room temp water and mix well. If flavor is too strong, add more water. Drink on empty stomach for stronger experience.
