Each serving size (1 vegetarian capsule) contains: Quercetin 175 mg, Turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract (root) 150 mg, Bromelain (2,400 gdu/gram) 200 mg, Ginger (zingiber officinale) extract (root) 100 mg. Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), ascorbyl palmitate.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules daily, between meals, or as directed by a health professional.
