Directions
For basic maintenance, take 1/4 teaspoon of powder mixed with 1-2 ounces of warm water or any beverage of your choice, 3 times per day. Frequent use (as often as every 20 minutes) may be required to battle sudden-onset illness. The suggested maximum amount is 1/4 teaspoon, 12 times a day. A daily ritual which includes a cup of Cold Snap tea will change your health and that of your children. Herbal teas are the traditional way to consume Chinese herbs.
