Wheat Flour, Sucrose, Corn Oil, Psyllium Husk, Oats, Fructose, Oat Hull Fiber, Corn Starch, Soy Lecithin, Cinnamon, Molasses, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Nutmeg, Sodium Bicarbonate, Ascorbic Acid (Preservative).
Drug Directions: Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 oz. (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning. <BR>Adult 12 yrs. & older: 2 wafers with 8 oz. of your favorite hot or cold beverage at the first sign of irregularity. Can be taken up to 3 times daily.
